Nero, from Ahead software is a great CD copying application. With Nero's easy to use Smart Start option, you can select the feature that is best suited to your needs. Nero not only offers a CD copying option, but also allows you to copy non-protected DVDs. However, their customer support is the worst.

Alcohol 120%

Feature set:
This software contains the features you'll need to successfully produce a high-quality CD copy.
However, Alcohol lacks a few of the customization options offered by leading competitors, including the ability to delete silence between tracks and to fade songs in and out.
Another convenient feature missing in this product is the ability to backup data. With the addition of these features, Alcohol would rank much higher.

Ease of use:
Alcohol is relatively easy to use. You insert the CD to be copied, allow it to be ripped to your hard drive, insert the blank disc and the software automatically makes the copy. Decrypting copy-protected discs is a simple task with Alcohol.
This product has more decryption power than most copy software. Although making the copy is an easy process, setting up to copy just part of a disk is not as convenient.
Alcohol doesn't have a drag and drop feature so you cannot select individual tracks to copy from the original CD. Each song on the original CD is directly burned to the copied CD, whether you want them all or not.
