The story is simple:A user submits a rumor, whereupon other users vote the story up or down. The service owes something to Digg, the popular tech news site; and is powered By Pligg CMS.
Like Digg, all new postings are listed for people to review and vote on. If enough people think a rumor is interesting, it makes it to a Top Today list (the equivalent of the Digg home page).
You can
vote for rumors even if you're not registered, although if you want to post a rumor you must sign up (which takes only 20 seconds).
